Where cecith products ship from
cecith products are currently sold through our Amazon storefront. Orders placed on Amazon are sold, shipped and tracked by Amazon, and Amazon's shipping terms apply to them.

Processing and delivery times
Shipping options, delivery estimates and tracking for Amazon orders are shown at checkout on Amazon and in Your Orders in your Amazon account. Orders placed directly on cecith.com are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays); you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you would like to see cecith in another market, let us know at mkt@cecith.com.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
For an order placed on Amazon, please contact Amazon customer service first - they can track, resend or refund the order fastest. If your issue cannot be resolved there, email mkt@cecith.com with your order number and we will help. For orders placed directly on cecith.com, email us within 30 days of the shipping date.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing an order. We cannot reroute or recover parcels sent to an incorrect address.
